海绵宝宝挤挤面包
我家小朋友最近迷上看动画片“海绵宝宝”
投其所好,给她来个惊喜
做了这个海绵宝宝小面包
小朋友开心得不得了
抱着舍不得吃,哈哈哈。。。

Details of ingredients

  • 高筋面粉198g
  • 牛奶19g
  • 鸡蛋36g
  • 南瓜泥90g
  • 2g
  • 18g
  • 奶粉7g
  • 酵母2g
  • 黄油14g
  • 高筋面粉62g
  • 低筋面粉47g
  • 1g
  • 黄油6g
  • 56g
  • 泡打粉1g

Steps to make 海绵宝宝挤挤面包

  • 1.除黄油外的所有面团材料放入面包机桶内,和面程序20分钟
  • 2.程序结束后加入黄油再启动一个和面程序20分钟,揉至完全阶段
  • 3.放在面包桶内发酵,发至面团两倍大
  • 4.面团取出排气,进行分割,分成39g左右面团9个和2g小面团9个(一分为二做脸颊用)还剩余一点面团做鼻子用
  • 5.取一个39g面团擀开,包入蜜豆馅料
  • 6.捏紧收口,按扁,收口朝下排入烤盘
  • 7.依次摆放好所有,盖保鲜膜发酵
  • 8.这时做面部装饰。取欧克皮擀开擀薄,盖保鲜膜松弛一会(防回缩)用中号裱花嘴底部压出圆片状,做眼睛
  • 9.待发酵快完成时,圆片摆放在合适位置
  • 10.取出先前分好的小面团,揉圆,用刀一切为二
  • 11.切面沾在面胚上做成嘟起的脸颊;最后剩余的黄面团分为9小份,揉圆,沾在面胚中间做成鼻子
  • 12.装饰完毕,发酵至2倍左右,送入预热好的烤箱,下层,180度25-30分钟稍上色后盖锡纸
  • 13.取出放凉
  • 14.用红色烘焙色素笔在脸颊上点上红点。用黑色烘焙色素笔或黑可可粉调水,画出表情,也可以用融化巧克力画
  • 15.有趣松软滴小面包~~
