珍珠圆子
我其实就是一颗肉圆子,只是和糯米关系好而以!

  • 1.糯米提前三小时用温热水泡发
  • 2.肉糜加入姜末,鸡蛋一个,老抽四分之一茶匙,三分之一茶匙鸡粉,和三分之一茶匙盐,一茶匙料酒
  • 3.小碗里准备小半碗水分三次加入朝一个方向打晕匀上劲
  • 4.加入葱花拌匀腌制五分钟
  • 5.泡好的糯米控干水份备用
  • 6.取适量的肉馅团成肉圆
  • 7.均匀的裹上一层糯米
  • 8.依次弄好所有的肉圆备用
  • 9.放入蒸锅大火烧开蒸三十分钟
  • 10.枸杞洗净用开水泡发备用
  • 11.蒸好的圆子放上枸杞装饰即可食用
