    Steps to make 珍珠圆子——晶莹剔透一点红

    • 1.猪肉末(三分肥+七分瘦)加入葱姜末、香油、生抽、耗油、白胡椒粉、盐、糖、鸡精搅拌均匀。
    • 2.搅拌好后腌约15分钟待用。糯米提前浸泡(5小时候以上)并沥干水分。
    • 3.将肉馅揉成圆球,放在糯米上打个滚,均匀的裹上一层糯米。
    • 4.摆放在盘中或直接放在蒸笼上。
    • 5.大火蒸20分钟左右即可。
    • 6.点缀上枸杞上桌。
