Steps to make 清蒸鲈鱼

  • 1.鲜鲈鱼一条,香菜小把,蒜苗三根,甜椒一个,生姜一块。
  • 2.鲈鱼去鳞片,内脏,鱼身切花刀。
  • 3.鱼身抹上盐,要用手均匀抹到。鱼身内也要上盐哦!淋少许料酒,腌一会。
  • 4.盆内放蒜苗段,香菜梗,姜丝。
  • 5.把腌好的鱼竖起放在配料上,把切好的姜丝一片片放进鱼身花刀里,鱼嘴里塞上一两根蒜苗、香菜梗、甜椒,姜丝。
  • 6.入锅内蒸大概15分钟。出锅淋上生抽,香油,放上香菜叶即可。
