鲜虾天妇罗
天妇罗是日式料理中的油炸食品,用面粉、鸡蛋与水和成浆,将新鲜的鱼虾和时令蔬菜裹上浆放入油锅炸成金黄色。吃时蘸酱油和萝卜泥调成的汁,鲜嫩美味,香而不腻。它不是某个具体菜肴的名称,而是对油炸食品的总称,具体的种类则有蔬菜天妇罗、海鲜天妇罗、什锦天妇罗等。

  • 萝卜适量(蘸料)

Steps to make 鲜虾天妇罗

  • 1.准备鲜虾及蔬菜
  • 2.剥去虾壳,留头部及尾部一节壳,去虾线。腹部切3、4刀,不要切断,拉直虾的身体。
  • 3.蔬菜切好,芹菜只要叶片。
  • 4.鸡蛋与低筋粉,加适量水拌匀,做成面糊。另外准备一些干低筋粉。
  • 5.虾先裹面糊。
  • 6.再裹干粉。
  • 7.油温180度左右下锅,关小火。
  • 8.外层面粉上色,虾身体变硬后捞起,鲜虾油炸完毕。
  • 9.蔬菜同样方法,先裹面糊再裹干粉,炸好。
  • 10.摆盘,白萝卜切丝,加入酱油、姜汁,做成蘸料,炸好的鲜虾天妇罗蘸着吃。
