肉龙
肉龙是北京传统小吃,将发好的面擀成饼,再在上面均匀的抹上一层肉馅,卷起来再上锅蒸熟,简单方便,比包包子方便多了。

  • 酵母3g
  • 料酒1勺

Steps to make 肉龙

  • 1. 面粉中加入3克酵母,150克温水用筷子拌成大片雪块状后,用手揉成光滑的面团,放置温暖处发酵。
  • 2.肉馅一起放入盆中加入葱,盐,蚝油,料酒顺着一个方向搅拌均匀。
  • 3.面团发酵至两倍大。
  • 4.发好的面,取出,排气,揉上劲擀成长方形大片。
  • 5.在上面均匀的抹上一层肉馅。
  • 6.自上而下卷起。
  • 7.把两头捏紧,放入蒸锅继续发酵15分钟。
  • 8.冷水上汽旺火蒸20分钟,再关火虚蒸5分钟即可。
