【闽南】小煸腊肉
逢年过节少不了的腊肉,各地的做法不一样。喜欢的人抗拒不了那味道和口感,不喜欢的人受不了那火烧火燎的味道。个人也属于比较喜欢腊肉的一个,各种搭配炒炒下酒下饭那是一个香。
往年也会自己买点作为平日里解解嘴馋,但是经常听闻肉什么不好那样差。使我心如小鹿十分不安!所以今年也就自己做了点属于自己家乡味的“酱油肉”味道既香也不会有烟熏的味道。
对于腊肉每个人都有自己记忆中那个熟悉的味道,我想那个是“家”的感觉“家”的味道。或是搭配蒜苗,或炒炒辣椒放点大蒜。又或是单纯清蒸........
今天炒了点感觉非常的不错,下饭很有感觉或许你也会喜欢。

  • 细芹1把
  • 红辣椒2个
  • 青椒1个
  • 白酒1匙
  • 味精少许

Steps to make 【闽南】小煸腊肉

  • 1.炒之前把材料准备好,腊肉该洗该泡不能偷懒
  • 2.锅下油热爆下腊肉,翻炒几下
  • 3.放入蒜头与红辣椒爆出香味,倒入一匙白酒让腊肉吸收增加香味。
  • 4.再倒入青椒翻炒
  • 5.放入细芹及调味翻炒几下
  • 6.即可起锅享用
