蜂蜜柚子酱蛋糕
最近爱上蛋糕粉,做蛋糕方便的很,原料都是商家配好的,想吃蛋糕还犯懒的时候就用拿蛋糕粉当挡箭牌,粉也不用过筛,加入液体随便搅拌下就成,没有太多限制。

柚子酱也是我的最爱,平时除了配面包和蛋糕,最多的时候是用来冲水喝,尤其是这种有很多纯果肉的蜂蜜柚子酱,挖上一大勺用温开水冲调喝,很适合这个干燥的季节,对皮肤和胃肠都有好处。

  • 细砂糖30克
  • 植物油45克
  • 蛋糕粉100克
  • 柚子酱65克

Steps to make 蜂蜜柚子酱蛋糕

  • 1.所有原料 。
  • 2.鸡蛋和砂糖混合。
  • 3.用打蛋器搅打均匀。
  • 4.加入植物油充分搅匀。
  • 5.再加入柚子酱搅匀。
  • 6.倒入蛋糕粉。
  • 7.用搅蛋器轻轻搅匀,注意不要画圈,用画十字或者捞拌的方式搅匀,我用的这个蛋糕粉不用过筛,也很容易搅拌,稍微搅拌下就成,而且不会有粉疙瘩。
  • 8.拌好的面糊装入纸模,上面撒上杏仁片,入烤箱烤制。
  • 9.烤制:(时间温度仅供参考,请以自家烤箱脾气为标准)烤箱提前预热,190度15-18分钟。
