    • 1.夹心肉剁细。
    • 2.雪菜叶子剁细,挤干水分。
    • 3.葱切细。

    • 6.拌匀成馅。
    • 7.分成四份,揉成团。

    • 9.面团分成4份。
    • 10.每个面剂子擀成中间厚四周薄的圆片,放入雪菜肉馅。
    • 11.收好口,收口朝下放置。
    • 12.压扁,擀成薄饼。
    • 13.平底锅烧热刷油,放入麦饼煎制。
    • 14.翻面再煎,多翻几次至熟。
    • 15.切块食用。
