Steps to make 凉拌黄瓜银耳

  • 1.干银耳用凉水浸泡变软。
  • 2.剪成小朵,煮沸后使用。
  • 3.黄瓜、胡萝卜清洗干净,晾凉的银耳和大蒜准备好。
  • 4.黄瓜切条,胡萝卜切细丝。
  • 5.大蒜打成蒜蓉。
  • 6.处理好的食材倒入大碗中。
  • 7.根据口味加入醋、酱油、生抽、盐、白糖、香油,混合均匀;少放酱油,起到上色作用即可;腌制20分钟以上,多余的黄瓜汁腌出来,再吸收进一些料汁味道,吃起来才爽脆。
