南瓜派
南瓜的季节-来一个浓浓南瓜味的南瓜派吧~~

Details of ingredients

  • 无盐黄油110g
  • 蛋黄2个
  • 底筋面粉180g
  • 砂糖15g
  • 橙汁150ml
  • 500g
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 生姜粉半小勺
  • 肉桂粉半小勺
  • 肉豆蔻粉半小勺
  • 核桃等坚果少许
  • 打发奶油少许

Steps to make 南瓜派

  • 1.首先要做派皮,面粉和黄油像我这样用手捣碎搅拌在一起,一定要趁黄油还没开始软化前迅速搅拌,这样做出的派皮才会非常酥脆
  • 2.搅拌完便成细沙状态时倒入蛋黄和砂糖,搅拌均匀
  • 3.最后可以揉成一团就停止揉面,用保鲜膜包好,放进冰箱冷藏30分钟
  • 4.30分钟以后把面团拿出来,放到两张油纸间,用擀面杖擀薄
  • 5.在烤盘里涂均黄油,把面团上一张油纸去掉后倒扣在烤盘上,铺均匀以后把另外一张油纸也拿掉
  • 6.再用擀面杖这样滚几下后把多余的部分拿掉
  • 7.用叉子在上面叉出洞洞
  • 8.再放上米或豆子之类来防止派皮受热膨胀后,放进预热到180度的烤箱烤25分钟左右
  • 9.开中火,锅里倒入去皮切块的南瓜,倒入橙汁和水,砂糖和少许生姜粉或姜末,搅拌均匀后煮40分钟左右
  • 10.直到水分蒸发南瓜变粘稠就出锅
  • 11.完全放凉以后倒入搅拌机里,再倒入鸡蛋和蛋黄,乳酪,搅拌成泥
  • 12.再倒入肉桂粉和肉豆蔻粉,搅拌均匀
  • 13.最后倒入烤好的派皮上,表面抹均匀后继续在180度烤25分钟就完成拉~
  • 14.烤好的南瓜派上可以配一些自己喜欢的坚果
  • 15.再挤上一点奶油,味道更佳香醇哦~
