章鱼具有养血通乳,解毒,生肌之功效,主治血虚经行不畅,产后缺乳,疮疡久溃。

  • 1.章鱼肚跟鱼腿不能同时熟透,单独放起来的,化冻。
  • 2.黄瓜洗净切片。
  • 3.撕一点西生菜。
  • 4.手掰一点洋葱和红椒。
  • 5.大蒜切末。
  • 6.放食盐。
  • 7.放寿司醋。
  • 8.锅里在煮五花肉,把章鱼肚放沸腾的水里,煮3~5分钟,3分钟把先个头的拿出来,5分钟拿出来了大个的。
  • 9.放蔬菜里。
  • 10.拌匀即可。
