酸奶珍珠小面包
周末做点面包,为下周早餐做准备,用酸奶做面包,特别的柔软拉丝,做成珍珠小面包,宝贝一口一个吃的可开心了。

  • 细砂糖20g
  • 蛋液20g
  • 玉米油15g
  • 酵母2g
  • 1g

Steps to make 酸奶珍珠小面包

  • 1.称好食材备用。
  • 2.面包桶里加入酸奶,蛋液,玉米油,白砂糖。
  • 3.再称入高筋面粉和酵母。
  • 4.放入面包机启动揉面程序。
  • 5.揉面36分钟后,能拉出手套膜,薄而透明有韧性,破洞无锯齿。
  • 6.再整理圆润,分成4等份。
  • 7.再把每个剂子整理圆润,再次分成8等份。
  • 8.然后再把每个小剂子揉圆。
  • 9.8寸戚风模具刷油,把小面包坯放入模具。
  • 10.盖上保鲜膜,发酵1.5小时。
  • 11.发酵好后刷上蛋液。
  • 12.撒上椰蓉。
  • 13.送入预热好的烤箱,上下火170度烤20分钟。
  • 14.烤好取出来脱模晾至温热,装入保鲜袋放入冰箱,可以保存三天。
  • 15.超级可爱的小面包,宝贝一口一个,吃的可开心了。
