    红枣百合银耳羹,滋润皮肤,防止皱纹。特别适合干燥皮肤者食用。

  • 1.准备好红枣、银耳、百合、冰糖。
  • 2.银耳提前泡发,洗净备用。

  • 4.银耳倒入沙煲,加入适量冷水,大火煮开,小火炖煮20分钟。
  • 5.倒入百合,炖煮10分钟。
  • 6.加入红枣,炖煮30分钟。
  • 7.加入冰糖。
  • 8.加入枸杞子,煮5分钟。炖好的银耳羹盛入碗中,温热食用。
