  • 洋葱一颗
  • 豆蔻几颗
  • 沙姜一块
  • 郫县豆瓣一大勺
  • 香叶几片
  • 花椒一把
  • 香菇少许
  • 蚝油2勺
  • 柱侯酱2勺
  • 一段

Steps to make 鸡煲

  • 1.鸡洗净剁块
  • 2.鸡过水,水开撇去浮沫,捞出待用
  • 3.洋葱切块,香菇切片
  • 4.准备好 蒜瓣 姜 沙姜 葱段 花椒 桂皮 豆蔻 香叶 八角
  • 5.锅放入油 油热后放入葱 姜 蒜 沙姜爆香,再放入各种香料。(喜欢吃辣的可以放些干辣椒)
  • 6.放入一大勺郫县豆瓣,炒出红油
  • 7.放入洋葱翻炒片刻,放入鸡块翻炒
  • 8.放入两勺柱侯酱,两勺蚝油,生抽,少许老抽,一勺料酒,翻炒片刻。稍焖煮片刻(我这个是土鸡焖煮时间长点,嫩鸡的话爆炒一会就行),放入香菇继续翻炒,放入少许盐调味,放入少许胡椒,翻炒出锅。
  • 9.可以备些素菜,一会吃完鸡,直接放高汤或水煮开,可以烫菜吃
