告诉大家一个惨绝人寰的消息,由于端午节我对于粽子过于投入,今天换裙子的时候,发现……已经穿不上了……虽然我冬天总是会比夏天瘦一点(裙子是冬天买的),但是——我觉得吧是时候做出改变了~
粽子是糯米制品,里面还会加入糖啊或者猪油啊蛋黄啊什么的,本来就比较难消化,过完了节咱们的肠道也要调整一下,不然它是会给你闹脾气的哦~
酸奶里面含有很多的益生菌,而且自己做的酸奶健康,糖分也不多,配上一个碾碎的全麦饼干,既解馋还漂亮,对,就这么做起来!

Steps to make 酸奶木糠杯

  • 1.面包桶用开水烫一下,晾干
  • 2.加入1L鲜牛奶
  • 3.加入1g乳酸菌,用干净的勺子搅拌均匀
  • 4.面包机选择一个酸奶发酵程序,天气比较热,不用另外多加时间
  • 5.发酵好的酸奶倒进玻璃杯里面半杯
  • 6.一大片全麦饼干放到保鲜袋里面敲成碎末
  • 7.酸奶上面撒上一点点全麦饼干碎
  • 8.小心一点继续往上面倒酸奶,接近满杯
  • 9.最后在上面撒上剩余的饼干碎即可,可以放一点水果点缀
