前段时间微博中奖的一箱6支黄桃罐头,家人都不爱吃,我一人慢慢整总算折腾到只剩下最后一支了; 人都是这样,东西多了不在乎少了就珍惜,所以最后一支突然又舍不得了,总觉得要做点什么才划算; 刚好周末一大早收到优之焙寄来的阳晨活底派模,马上就想到这款黄桃派了,再配上柠檬乳酪馅没有不好吃的道理呀。
在外面吃过煲仔饭回家就开动了:整派皮、醒面的时候做馅,烤的时候切黄桃片,等出成品的那一刻高兴坏了,照像的时候儿子就吵吵要吃,刚好邻居的小朋友也过来了,他和儿子一人吃个小的,大的我留着拍照了才切开吃,香酥的黄油底、清新嫩滑的乳酪馅、还有上面甜甜的黄桃片,整个咬起来口感丰富极了!

  • 黄油80G
  • 白糖20G
  • 奶酪30G
  • 牛奶20ML
  • 鸡蛋一个
  • 黄油20G
  • 柠檬10ML
  • 生粉10G
  • 黄桃一罐
  • 白糖50G

Steps to make 黄桃乳酪派

  • 1.准备好所需要的食材
  • 2.先做派底(以上主料明细):面粉中混合白糖,加入切小块的黄油
  • 3.用手把黄油和粉类搓至酥松的颗粒状,中间开窝倒入牛奶(牛奶要适量而加)
  • 4.混合成团,放入保鲜袋入冰箱冷藏松弛一小时
  • 5.松弛面团的时候做馅:把黄油和奶酪芝士、白糖隔水加热融化后搅拌混合均匀
  • 6.加入柠檬汁混合拌均匀(最好刮点柠檬皮屑非常香)
  • 7.加入鸡蛋液混合拌均匀
  • 8.加入10G生粉拌均
  • 9.做好的乳酪糊放一旁
  • 10.醒好的派皮擀成面片,铺在派模具上面
  • 11.用擀面杖在上面滚动一下多余的面皮就掉了,依次做好两个小的派皮
  • 12.用叉子在派底扎上均匀的小孔,以免烤的时候受热鼓起来,摆入烤盘后入烤箱190度烤15分钟
  • 13.取出后倒入乳酪糊
  • 14.继续烤15分钟至乳酪馅凝固即可
  • 15.黄桃切均匀的片状
  • 16.把黄桃片码在乳酪糊上面,刷上黄桃水即可
  • 17.成品,口感很丰富。
