枇杷雪梨——止咳润肺双管齐下
枇杷味道甜美,营养丰富,有各种果糖、葡萄糖、钾、磷、铁、钙以及维生素A、B、C等。其中胡萝卜素含量在各水果中为第三位。枇杷果实有润肺、止咳、止渴的功效。
雪梨,肉嫩白如雪,故称。据《本草纲目》记载,“梨者,利也,其性下行流利。”它药用能治风热、润肺、凉心、消痰、降火、解毒。医学研究证明,梨确有润肺清燥、止咳化痰、养血生肌的作用。因此对急性气管炎和上呼吸道感染的患者出现的咽喉干、痒、痛、音哑、痰稠、便秘、尿赤、祛痰均有良效。雪梨味甘性寒,具生津润燥、清热化痰、养血生肌之功效,特别适合秋冬食用。梨可以生吃,也可以蒸,还可以做成汤和羹。但是雪梨性寒,一次不宜多吃。尤其脾胃虚寒、腹部冷痛和血虚者,不可以多吃。

  • 2.枇杷去皮,对半切开,去核,撕掉果核与果肉连接处的薄膜;雪梨去皮切块;
  • 3.将枇杷和雪梨放进砂锅中,加适量水煮开;
  • 4.大火煮开后转煮5分钟左右,加冰糖;
  • 5.再煮5分钟左右即可~
