Steps to make 青椒酿肉

  • 1.肉馅加入盐、料酒、生抽、耗油,姜末、鸡蛋搅拌均匀。
  • 2.调汁:1勺生抽、1勺蚝油、少许老抽和白糖!半勺淀粉加水搅匀成水淀粉!姜蒜切末。
  • 3.青椒洗净去除里面的籽。
  • 4.用筷子把肉陷往里塞、尽量塞满。
  • 5.全部做好备用。
  • 6.锅入适量油烧至五六成热、放入酿好的青椒。
  • 7.将青椒煎至表面起皮成虎皮壮、盛出。
  • 8.剩余的油把姜蒜末炒香。
  • 9.倒入调好的汁烧开。
  • 10.放入煎好的青椒烧开后调中火焖煮五六分钟。
  • 11.煮至汤汁浓稠时、用水淀粉勾芡。
