Steps to make 巧克力蛋糕卷

  • 1.先把所有材料准备好,然后分离蛋清蛋黄
  • 2.蛋清无水无油的盆子里,电动打发到粗泡泡,放一半糖,继续打发至稍微硬性发泡,放入所有的糖,打发至倒扣不掉下来,就好啦
  • 3.蛋黄糊:牛奶与油打均匀顺滑无油漂浮状,加入蛋黄在打均匀,筛入低筋面粉和可可粉搅拌均匀,(不要用打的,怕出筋哦
  • 4.取三分之一的蛋清到蛋黄糊里面,搅拌方式:器皿中间划开向左从下往上翻至均匀,然后倒入所有的蛋清,一样的手法搅拌均匀。然后倒入放油纸的盘子里,震几下震出大气泡,烤箱160度40分钟即可
