日式南瓜挞
绝对不能错过的一款南瓜甜品-日式南瓜挞挞皮酥脆加上绵密的南瓜泥和奶油完美结合在一起。低油糖更健康哦,一口下去超满足。

  • 香蕉100g
  • 南瓜450g
  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 玉米淀粉18g
  • 牛奶90g
  • 希腊酸奶2杯

Steps to make 日式南瓜挞

  • 1.香蕉黏成泥状,与燕麦片混合均匀。
  • 2.香蕉燕麦泥均分成2份,分别放入两个方形慕斯圈里,铺平。
  • 3.南瓜切成小块,隔水蒸熟。
  • 4. 南瓜、鸡蛋、牛奶、玉米淀粉放入料理机里,搅拌成细腻的南瓜糊。
  • 5.南瓜糊倒入慕斯圈里。
  • 6.放入预热好的烤箱,上下火175度,中层烘烤30分钟左右。
  • 7.出炉后提起慕斯圈,脱模,并切掉四周硬边。
  • 8. 南瓜挞的表面铺上希腊酸奶,可以抹平,或是划出自己喜欢的纹路。
  • 9.最后把南瓜挞分割成长条状,再用薄荷叶稍微装饰即可。
