Steps to make White Valentine's Day - Chocolate Rose Bouquet

  • 1. Prepare the raw materials.
  • 2. Chocolate melts in water.
  • 3. Heat and stir the water and sugar in a container until completely melted, without boiling the water.
  • 4. Continue to add maltose and stir until completely melted. Do not boil the water, otherwise the resulting formula will turn yellow in color.
