无奶油简易蘑菇汤
在西餐厅里,孩子一直喜欢喝蘑菇汤。在他14个月时,喝西餐厅的蘑菇汤,喝的满嘴白胡子,我跟他爸觉得他可爱到爆~~

自打他爱喝,我就研究做宝宝爱喝、使肠胃又没负担的蘑菇汤,做了后,发现还蛮简单,也不挑食材,除了口蘑,还能加很多种蔬菜,孩子一样很喜欢喝,陆陆续续也做了2年多,不仅小柚子爱喝,柚子爸也喜欢~ 没奶油没负担,健身减脂一样可以喝。

Steps to make 无奶油简易蘑菇汤

  • 1.食材:口蘑 4个,洋葱1/4个,面粉 20克,牛奶(配方奶) 300ml,橄榄油 20克烹制方法:煮参考月龄:10M+所需时间:20分钟。
  • 2.口蘑切碎。它是蘑菇汤中不可少的食材。tips:1岁以下要喝蘑菇汤,请用配方奶,纯牛奶要1岁以上才能直接喝、用来做菜。
  • 3.洋葱切碎。锅热油温倒少许油,将洋葱炒软炒香,盛出来。
  • 4.再倒少许油,中火炒面粉,炒到面粉微黄。tips:面粉替代了淡奶油。相对于淡奶油,面粉取材方便,喝起来一点没负担哦。
  • 5.面粉炒黄后,牛奶倒入一起煮,口蘑洋葱全都加入煮。
  • 6.一边煮一边翻拌,防止沾底,煮4分钟即可出锅。稀稠可以自由决定。
  • 7.喝起来奶香十足,有时候我会脑洞大开,加些鸡肉丁/沫,土豆泥,红薯泥,或者冬瓜丁、丝瓜丁、茭白丁、胡萝卜丁、虾泥等,都可以加在里面,给宝宝做辅食不需要做出多么正宗的XXX,只要孩子爱吃,烹饪方法是健康的,你可以随意开脑洞~~~~
  • 8.成人吃,在刚出锅加少许盐活开,再加些现磨黑胡椒粉,家人就喜欢喝啦。
