  • 1.西芹摘取老叶,撕去筋,洗净。
  • 2.西芹切片,腐竹提前3小时左右用温水浸泡,洗净切段,蒜瓣切片,红椒处理干净切块(喜欢吃辣的可以换成小米椒)。
  • 3.锅内放适量水煮开加少许盐,把西芹焯水后捞出。
  • 4.锅烧热倒入食用油,烧七分热倒入蒜瓣和红椒翻炒,倒入腐竹继续翻炒。
  • 5.最后倒入西芹,加入盐和鸡精一起拌炒即可。
  • 6.装盘上桌。
