奶油玉米鸡茸浓汤

Steps to make 奶油玉米鸡茸浓汤

  • 1.准备材料。
  • 2.蘑菇切片;玉米洗净切段。
  • 3.西芹切小块;洋葱切小片。
  • 4.锅里加点油烧热,把蘑菇、洋葱和西芹略炒一下。
  • 5.加入2碗水,放入去皮的鸡腿、玉米和香叶,滚开后小火煮半小时。
  • 6.煮好后捞出鸡腿和玉米,挑去香叶,晾凉。
  • 7.玉米剥粒;鸡腿肉撕成丝。
  • 8.晾凉的蔬菜汤加一半多的鸡丝和玉米用搅拌机打成糊。
  • 9.把糊倒入锅中,加入剩下的玉米和鸡丝,倒入淡奶油。
  • 10.加适量盐,搅拌加热至微沸腾就可以了。
