烤羊腿配蔬菜沙拉
我家人全部都爱吃烤羊肉,我平时都是烤些羊肉串或者羊排给家人吃。曾在草原吃过烤全羊,很是想念,但在家是做不了烤全羊啦,今天就烤了一只羊腿来慰藉那馋了的心,呵呵。羊腿肉厚,要想烤出来的羊腿入味,就要多腌制一些时间。倒是不用担心烤出来的羊腿肉不嫩,我选的羔羊腿,烤好的羊腿肉很嫩的哩

  • 西兰花半朵
  • 圣女果150g
  • 孜然烤肉料30g
  • 食用油15g

Steps to make 烤羊腿配蔬菜沙拉

  • 1.羔羊腿一只,羔羊的柔嫩,烤出来口感好。
  • 2.用刀在表面扎孔,以便于入味
  • 3.我用的孜然烤肉料来腌制
  • 4.把烤肉料均匀涂抹在羊腿上
  • 5.羊腿的内面要用到切几道深口,这样即不影响外观,也更易入味,刀口里面也要均匀涂抹烤肉料,涂抹完毕要揉搓一会儿,入味会更好。腌制放入容器中,保鲜膜覆盖,冰箱冷藏腌制一天。
  • 6.取5克左右的烤肉料,加食用油搅拌均匀成为料汁以刷表面
  • 7.腌制好的羊腿取出回温一小时左右,然后表面刷上料汁
  • 8.烤箱上下火200度预热,然后把羊腿放烤网上,先烤20分钟
  • 9.20分钟后拿出来再刷一层料汁,翻面继续烤20分钟,然后关闭电源,不要开烤箱焖10分钟。再继续200度烤15分钟左右
  • 10.最后把西兰花和圣女果分别用沙拉汁拌好,摆入烤盘,再入烤箱烤5分钟即可
