手工芋圆蜜豆糖水(热)
小芋头、小紫薯、红薯、荔浦芋头带皮一同上锅蒸或煮至软(筷子可以戳下去)即可,去皮做成泥状,红豆加冰糖放入高压锅(水不宜过多)做好后放入容器待用!木薯粉用热水做成面团后与芋头泥混合一起做成面团!紫薯圆和红薯圆做法同芋圆(紫薯较干,活的时候可适当加热水)都做好后将面团做成长条,切成丁,水开后下锅煮至浮起!取一干净碗,放入准备好的红糖和蒸熟的荔浦芋头,煮熟的芋圆放入碗中,加入煮芋圆的汤,也可放白水!

  • 5.蜜豆汤底凉热均可,也可换作红枣
  • 6.出锅啦,我做的是热的,喜欢吃凉的也可以沏好红糖水放入冰箱冷冻层冷冻!
