  • 1.中种材料放面包机里(高粉 120克,土鸡蛋4个,酵母4克)
  • 2.拌均匀后发酵2倍大
  • 3.加入其他面团材料(高粉 180克,土鸡蛋2个,糖60克)
  • 4.拌均匀后加入黄油
  • 5.面团打至出手膜
  • 6.发酵2.5倍大
  • 7.面团排气静置30分钟
  • 8.取面团排气分割3等份,静置20分钟
  • 9.擀成圆片
  • 10.面片对叠
  • 11.再擀成条
  • 12.卷起
  • 13.面团放置吐司模中
  • 14.放温湿处发酵8分满
  • 15.面包烤40分钟左右
  • 16.出炉晾凉,即可食用
