榴莲芝士饼
我酷爱吃榴莲,过年自然少不了用榴莲来做各种美食。初四要吃盒子,我今天就做一个西式的榴莲饼来代替中式的盒子,用的猫山王榴莲肉,配芝士,做好的饼薄皮大馅,特别好吃。用料和做法都不复杂,而且是一口平底锅就可以搞定,和我一样爱吃榴莲 的,一定要试试这款芝士榴莲饼。

Steps to make 榴莲芝士饼

  • 1.这是今天用的猫山王榴莲。超级软糯香甜。果肉去和核与马苏里拉碎一起放入碗中。
  • 2.拌均匀成为榴莲芝士馅。
  • 3.面粉加水和盐活成面团后醒半个小时。
  • 4.面团分成小剂擀成片,表面抹油,保鲜膜封上饧两个小时以上。
  • 5.饧好的面团擀成极薄的片儿。放入榴莲馅儿用滚动的手法包起来。
  • 6.全部包好的饼。
  • 7.平底锅里涂一层薄薄的油,放入饼坯压成圆形。小火煎。
  • 8.煎到定型后翻面把两面都煎到金黄。
  • 9.四周也滚动的煎一下就可以了。
