杂粮奶酪饭堡
要过年啦,米饭来个西式的做法,用杂粮米饭搭配奶酪,并且做成夹心的饭堡样子,不仅仅营养丰富,奶香浓郁,而且看上去也是美美哒。

Steps to make 杂粮奶酪饭堡

  • 1.过滤奶酪的布开水烫了消毒。
  • 2.布放在网筛上,自制的原味酸奶倒在布里面,下面用盆子接着奶清。
  • 3.收紧布,上面压一个重物,过滤大约一小时,把奶清过滤出来。
  • 4.过滤出来的奶酪备用。
  • 5.我用的袋装的配好的杂粮谷米,一半杂粮谷米,一半大米,加适量的水。
  • 6.开水上笼蒸30分钟。
  • 7.取适量蒸好的米饭,按自己的口味加入蜂蜜调均匀。也可以加白糖或者冰糖粉。
  • 8.用自己喜欢的模具下边铺一层拌好的米饭。。
  • 9.中间铺一层奶酪。
  • 10.最上面再铺一层米饭。脱模装盘就可以享用了。
  • 11.还可以配上点水果,营养更丰富。
