Steps to make 黄桃面包

  • 1.把面团原料揉至手套膜。
  • 2.盖上保鲜膜发酵至2倍大。
  • 3.黄桃罐头切成小三角块。
  • 4.酥松粒:将糖粉、低粉和奶粉混合均匀,再加入黄油,用手轻轻搓成均匀的细小颗粒,再加入适量南瓜粉搓匀。
  • 5.发酵好的面团排气后等分成8份,滚圆,盖上保鲜膜松驰约15分钟。
  • 6.擀成圆片,放温暖湿润处进行最后发酵。
  • 7.将面团表面均匀地刷上蛋液,再放上黄桃块,均匀地撒上酥松粒。
  • 8.放入已预热好的美遇蒸烤箱中,180度烘烤约20分钟。
