“红烧肉”无需长时间炖的家常做法

  • 1.首先把五花肉洗净切块,大概4厘米左右就可以,再把切好的肉块,放入冷水中加料酒和姜片煮一下,10-15分钟。
  • 2.接着需要炒糖色和炖,炒糖色是通过冰糖和其他一些食材进行熬制。把煮好的五花肉和姜片、八角、香叶、桂皮、冰糖、生抽、老抽一起放入锅中,再放入适量盐和水,我一般是放两小勺盐。
  • 3.盖上立式微压锅盖,已经明显能感受到立式微压锅盖的压力了。
  • 4.一个小时过去了,我的红烧肉炖好了。从色泽上看还不错,从香味上闻,应该味道也还不赖。
  • 5.装盘,我们一般都是把锅端起来,用铲子辅助倒入盘中,所以如果锅太重,这个环节是相当吃力的。而马克西姆微压不粘锅的锅身重量约970g,算是很轻的,女生可以单手提起,炒菜不费力。
