  • 枣泥80克
  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 低筋面粉125克
  • 泡打粉1/2小勺

Steps to make 红糖枣泥磅蛋糕

  • 1.50克红枣洗净去核加水刚好没过材料泡半小时;
  • 2.用泡枣的水加枣一起放入搅拌机打成泥,取出80克枣泥备用;
  • 3.黄油软化后,加入红糖用打蛋器打至让黄油充分膨发,糖完全溶解;
  • 4.分三次加入鸡蛋液,每次待黄油完全吸收蛋液后再加;
  • 5.加入枣泥拌几下;
  • 6.筛入低筋面粉和泡打粉,拌匀;
  • 7.装入模具,烤箱预热170度,烤45分钟左右。(我调的温度有些高,烤得有些焦了)
