  • 1.准备图中材料,苦瓜、葱、虾米、前腿肉
  • 2.前腿肉洗净后切成小块,然后加入一点盐、适量的生抽、蚝油、生粉、鸡粉、花生油。剁成肉酱盛入盆子
  • 3.虾米泡清水十分钟然后切碎,葱白切碎
  • 4.将虾米和葱白放入盛肉酱的盆子中,然后用筷子沿同一方向拌均匀,这一步如果肉酱太干可适当加入一点清水
  • 5.苦瓜切成约4CM的段,然后用水果刀在上方切成尖状
  • 6.锅内烧开水调入适量盐和一勺花生油,放入苦瓜煮三四分钟,捞出冲两遍冷水
  • 7.将事先准备好的肉馅塞入苦瓜中,肉馅用手指轻压紧。均匀地码放在盘子中间
  • 8.将盘子置于烧开水的锅中上盖,大火蒸三分钟后改小火继续蒸七分钟。想要很熟烂可适当延长时间
  • 9.蒸熟后端出将盘子将汤水倒入炒锅中,调一点淀粉水勾茨并烧开,然后将茨汁均匀淋在苦瓜上
