费南雪是一道颇有来历的法国小甜点,外形像金砖,寓意十分吉祥,而且食用很方便,也可以自由发挥加入各式香料、水果、巧克力、坚果等,变化出许多口味。

  • 杏仁粉80克
  • 70克
  • 黄油80克
  • 蛋白100克
  • 蜂蜜15克

Steps to make 费南雪

  • 1.黄油放入锅中加热,先出现大气泡,再转为小而密的气泡,此时关火,完成黄油的焦化,放凉备用。
  • 2.低粉过筛备用,准备好蛋白。
  • 3.杏仁粉加入白糖拌匀。
  • 4.倒入一半的蛋白,拌至无颗粒。
  • 5.加入蜂蜜搅拌均匀。
  • 6.再倒入剩下一半的蛋白,搅拌均匀。
  • 7.倒入焦化好放凉的黄油,搅拌均匀。
  • 8.把拌好的蛋糕糊装到裱花袋里,挤到模具里,注意不要挤得太满,八分满就好啦,烤箱预热,中层,上下火,195度,烤10分钟左右。
  • 9.出炉晾凉,就可以食用了。
