红枣提子发糕
过年前买了一袋子的提子,
平常很少直接给小朋友吃,就给她做了这款发糕,非常不错呢!

  • 白糖20g

Steps to make 红枣提子发糕

  • 1.所有食材。
  • 2.鸡蛋打进容器里,加入白糖,泡打粉,酵母。
  • 3.搅拌均匀。
  • 4.加入面粉和适量水调成较浓稠的面糊,调好后发酵半小时左右。
  • 5.在发酵的同时,把红枣清洗后用刀把肉切下来。
  • 6.半小时后再次把面糊搅拌几下,倒入活底蛋糕模中,摆上红枣肉和提子干(蛋糕模要提前涂适量油)。
  • 7.水开后上锅蒸40分钟左右。
