橘子豆沙包

  • 酵母粉4克
  • 细砂糖20克
  • 玉米油5克

Steps to make 橘子豆沙包

  • 1.胡萝卜用原汁机榨出汁。取210克。
  • 2.把面粉、胡萝卜汁、糖、玉米油和酵母粉放入面包机中搅拌成光滑适当的面团,室温下发酵至2-2.5倍大。
  • 3.按压排气搓成长条。
  • 4.下成10个剂子。
  • 5.取一个剂子揉圆摁扁擀成片,放上适量红豆沙。
  • 6.像包包子一样包起来。
  • 7.取一块干净的毛巾,包住包子。
  • 8.在表皮上印出褶皱。
  • 9.有褶的一面朝上,用筷子在中间压个小坑,再用牙签在小坑周围随意压几个褶。如图所示。
  • 10.依次做好后发酵20分钟。
  • 11.冷水上锅,上汽后中火蒸15分钟左右。
  • 12.蒸熟后,为避免热胀冷缩,关火后,先将锅盖稍微掀开一条小缝,等3--5分钟后,再完全打开。
