  • 抹茶粉3g

Steps to make 坚果抹茶雪花酥

  • 1.准备好所用的材料。材料中的奶粉和抹茶粉混合过筛。
  • 2.将饼干和果仁混合在一起备用。
  • 3.将黄油加入不粘锅中,小火加热至完全融化后加入棉花糖,不断按压搅拌至完全融化。
  • 4.把火关掉,立即加入混合过筛的奶粉和抹茶粉,搅拌融合均匀。
  • 5.迅速倒入混合好的果仁和饼干,用刮刀将糖上下翻动,快速混合,再戴上手套将材料适当折叠,让材料分布更均匀融合好。
  • 6.将混合好的酥倒入不粘烤盘中,适当按压得更紧实。并用刮板整形成方正的状态,尽量减少边角料。
  • 7.在糖稍冷却后,将奶粉和抹茶粉混合过筛,筛在表面,切成喜欢的大小即可。
