下雨天气转冷冻....闷得不行,无聊就做了个蛋糕。一直想试试这样的萌系,告诉朋友大叔也是能卖萌的。做好后感觉还是不错的!粉色系很亮眼很有少女的感觉呵呵.......

  • 芭比娃娃1个
  • 草莓味果粉20g
  • 淡奶油500g
  • 细砂糖50g

  • 1.提前烤制好一个戚风蛋糕
  • 2.戚风蛋糕切成两片或三片,按照你的喜欢决定。在上面挖个小坑足够放入娃娃即可
  • 3.淡奶油加入细砂糖打发至轻微纹路即可使用,打发好后我们取一些用于点缀做泡沫使用。大概搅拌勺6勺即可,装入裱花袋绑紧放入冰箱冷藏备用。​剩下的我们倒入果粉再次稍微打搅下让果粉溶解均匀即可,不要过度打发。
  • 4.挤一些白色奶油在戚风层中抹平,并放上桑葚【按照自己喜欢的水果更换】再抹些奶油盖上蛋糕片
  • 5.挤压点奶油在小坑中放入芭比娃娃,把娃娃的手和头稍微抬高点。并在蛋糕胚的上面,周围抹上薄薄的一层奶油。用于挤压时比较容易附着
  • 6.再来就是把粉色系的奶油装入裱花袋,开始不规则的划挤​【可以根据自己喜欢使用色素或和我一样使用果粉,加入果粉的好处就是吃的时候奶油有果味。会使你的蛋糕更有味道】
  • 7.最后就是从冰箱拿出白色奶油挤压在上面点缀作为泡泡​
  • 8.那么一个泡泡浴的芭比蛋糕就完成了
