本来说做个毛血旺的 我发誓!结果做出来像麻辣烫呢?麻辣香锅也有点相似?也不太麻太辣 也像大锅烩!凌乱了!

  • 1.土豆片
  • 2.黄豆芽
  • 3.油菜和香菜
  • 4.切好的圆白菜 又名甘蓝
  • 5.海鲜丸
  • 6.鸭血 我喜欢
  • 7.还有豆皮 在美食天下知道它也叫千张
  • 8.大爱毛肚 其实可以做个大图的 把菜全部放上去 比这样一张一张的好看 可惜~~~晚了 已经到这一步了 嘿嘿
  • 9.开始做喽,我的是聚划算买的韩式平底锅 温度是175摄氏度 可以再高 油热放郫县豆瓣酱 随意我不爱吃里面的辣椒皮子,放了一丁点,后来知道我的担心多余了 应该多放些
  • 10.放入毛肚和土豆片 炒啊炒 搅啊搅
  • 11.加水~~~红油很漂亮
  • 12.陆续放入喜欢的菜
  • 13.哈哈 加入李锦记耗油调味,盐,鸡精等家中常备家常调料即可.水有些少了 到这里我凌乱了 我明明想做毛血旺的呀???
  • 14.多像麻辣香锅 也像麻辣烫 也像大锅菜 就是不像毛血旺 呵呵
