柠檬纸杯蛋糕

  • 色拉油30 g
  • 低粉70g
  • 柠檬皮屑5g
  • 淡奶油60g
  • 炼乳6g
  • 彩糖1g

Steps to make 柠檬纸杯蛋糕

  • 1.蛋清与蛋黄分离。蛋黄里加入10克糖,搅打均匀。
  • 2.加入牛奶搅匀。
  • 3.加入色拉油搅匀。
  • 4.筛入低粉,略微搅拌至看不到干粉。
  • 5.蛋清分次加入剩下的糖,打至硬性发泡,拿出打蛋头表面呈现直色状。
  • 6.将蛋白与蛋黄混合,当大致混合好时加入柠檬皮屑,再继续翻拌至面糊均匀。
  • 7.将面糊装入裱花袋中,挤入纸模中,170度烘烤26分钟。
  • 8.淡奶油里加入炼乳,打至九分发,表面有明显的纹路。
  • 9.将曲奇花嘴放入裱花袋中,再将淡奶油装入,挤在蛋糕表面上,最上面撒些彩糖做装饰。
