    Steps to make 一分钟早餐系列二-电炖锅版——桂圆银耳红枣羹

    • 1.银耳、无核桂圆肉、红枣、鸡蛋、冰糖。
    • 2.银耳提前泡发。
    • 3.将泡发银耳头部黄黄的老蒂去掉,去杂质洗净。
    • 4.把银耳撕成小片放进电炖锅内胆里。
    • 5.然后调入适量水,接着把电炖锅内胆外表擦干,放进电炖锅里,按高档按钮,让其慢慢炖;(晚上空闲时边看电视边弄即可,大概晚上8点左右即可炖上)。
    • 6.睡觉半小时前,把洗净的红枣放进去。
    • 7.11点左右睡觉时把电炖锅按钮调到保温档即可安心去休息。
    • 8.【早晨一分钟】:起床后,把电炖锅调到高档按钮,打进鸡蛋;(不想吃整个鸡蛋的可以把鸡蛋打散)。
    • 9.调入适量洗净的无核桂圆肉。
    • 10.调入适量的冰糖。
    • 11.盖上锅盖。(这时可以安心的去洗漱换衣服了)
    • 12.等你万事俱备,只欠东风时,您的早餐就好了,是不是很方便啊?!
