Steps to make 日式茶碗蒸

  • 1.鲜虾去头剥壳抽去肠线, 香菇洗净切十字刀,蟹柳切片。
  • 2.鸡蛋打入碗中,加盐、生抽、糖、料酒、等量的清水用筷子搅拌打散,倒入蒸碗。
  • 3.冷水上锅,大火烧开后,转小火蒸4分钟,将虾、香菇、蟹柳片摆放在半凝固的鸡蛋液上。
  • 4.续蒸5分钟分钟即可。
  • 5.再配上一小碗米饭和泡菜,营养又均衡
