  • 1.冰冻大鱿鱼。
  • 2.备:姜丝,葱段,碗汁(忘了拍照)。
  • 3.鱿鱼处理好,切花刀。
  • 4.放入开水锅中添加米酒,姜焯水。最多焯一分钟。
  • 5.捞出来清洗干净沥水备用(鱿鱼量有点多只取了部分烹饪)。
  • 6.热锅放油,下姜丝,葱白段炒香。
  • 7.放入鱿鱼块大火翻炒一下。
  • 8.放入葱段。
  • 9.倒入调好的碗汁。
  • 10.大火快速翻炒均匀即可,很脆口的小炒。
