三色炒猪肚

Steps to make 三色炒猪肚

  • 1.将猪肚翻转,边冲水边用刀刮净脏物。
  • 2.用生粉加少许油,反复抓洗,再用水冲洗净,此步骤重复再次。
  • 3.烧鱼眼水略泡猪肚。
  • 4.用刀刮去白色脏物,再用刀轻轻将猪肚刮一遍,清水洗净。翻转猪肚。
  • 5.锅里盛适量水,放姜片、葱烧沸后加入猪肚,大火烧沸改小火煲约1小时(用筷子容易插入,即可捞起)。
  • 6.煲好的猪肚切条,红、黄、青椒切丝。
  • 7.热油锅放蒜片、椒丝爆香。
  • 8.倒入猪肚翻炒,落生抽、糖、少许水翻炒片刻。
  • 9.加入葱拌匀即可。
