  • 6.蛋清打至出现泡泡加入三分之一的白糖
  • 7.打至顺滑在加入三分之一的白糖
  • 8.打至出现纹路在加入最后的白糖
  • 9.提前打蛋器出现这样的小三角说明打发到位
  • 10.挖三分之一的蛋白到蛋黄里
  • 11.用炒菜 方式拌匀
  • 12.把搅拌好的蛋黄倒进蛋白内用炒菜的方式拌匀即可
  • 13.磨具底部包个锡纸,可以很好的脱模
  • 14.倒入磨具内
  • 15.抹平,震几下,震出大气泡
  • 16.烤箱提前预热,选择100度50分钟,我这个烤箱温度偏高很多的
  • 17.烤好的蛋糕迅速取出,摔一下震出热气,然后马上倒扣在烤架上,凉了脱模
