自制【叉烧肉叉烧酱】(堪比李锦记)
几年前在饭店第一次吃到叉烧肉并且听说叉烧肉,但是吃过一次之后就欲罢不能了,从来没见过猪肉也可以这么吃,于是从此之后知道了世界上有叉烧此物,在网上学习了做法,知道叉烧肉离不开【叉烧酱】,在西安寻觅多家超市,多家卖调料的店面后终于买到了【李锦记叉烧酱】做了一次叉烧肉,味道相当好啊,可是一瓶酱20个大洋,坐下来【叉烧肉】有点小贵,于是自己捉摸着,探索者,钻研着,学习着,终于经过几次调试之后调制出自制的叉烧酱,不敢说胜似李锦记叉烧酱,但是做出叉烧肉的效果绝对一流不比李锦记差。

Steps to make 自制【叉烧肉叉烧酱】(堪比李锦记)

  • 1.1、准备一个大碗放入所有叉烧酱的原料生抽一大勺,鱼露一大勺,蚝油两大勺,糖两大勺,蜂蜜两大勺,五香粉四分之一小勺,腐乳汁两大勺,果珍粉一大勺(这个可以不加我加了之后发现效果出奇的不错),醋两滴。搅拌均匀。。
  • 2.2、再加入一大勺淀粉,搅拌均匀。
  • 3.3、微波炉高火加热直至粘稠。(也可以用锅煮)放凉备用
  • 4.4、保鲜盒没放入适量葱姜。
  • 5.5、准备好猪腿肉切成大块。
  • 6.6、保鲜盒内放入肉和叉烧酱。
  • 7.7、把肉和酱拌匀,放保鲜盒内腌制24小时,我淹了30小时。
  • 8.8、把腌好的肉摆在烤架上。
  • 9.9、烤箱预热180度,烤40分钟左右,中间翻动两次并刷腌料。
  • 10.烤好了
