卡仕达酱小蛋糕
周末在家做了点卡仕达酱,用的是家里带来的土鸡蛋,所以颜色特别的漂亮,金黄顺滑诱人的;
除了用来填泡芙外我还做了几个小蛋糕,挤在蛋糕里面一咬一口香,小朋友非常的喜欢;

  • 鸡蛋3个
  • 蛋糕粉60G
  • 牛奶40G
  • 白糖40G
  • 玉米油30G

Steps to make 卡仕达酱小蛋糕

  • 1.装备好做蛋糕的材料以及卡仕达酱
  • 2.鸡蛋分清蛋黄与蛋白,蛋黄+玉米油+牛奶搅拌均
  • 3.加入蛋糕粉
  • 4.切拌成细腻的蛋黄面糊
  • 5.蛋白分两次加入白糖打发
  • 6.取一半的蛋白与蛋黄糊混合
  • 7.再加入剩下的蛋白混合均匀,成为细腻的蛋糕糊
  • 8.把蛋糕糊装入小模具中,入150度的烤箱20分钟出炉
  • 9.水果切小块,在蛋糕上挤上卡仕达酱后放水果即可
