  • 1.把虾洗干净后剪去虾枪虾须 。

  • 7.粉丝放到温水里泡15分钟 。
  • 8.粉丝捞出来在盘子盘成一个小山峰 。
  • 9.把虾头朝里,摆出一个漂亮的造型 。
  • 10.炒好的酱料铺在虾身上面。
  • 11.准备蒸锅,上笼蒸到虾肉变色就可以了。
  • 12.最后一步,淋上烧好热油,撒上葱花和小米椒 。
