蒜泥鸭蛋
每次回老家,妈妈总是给提前买些笨鸡蛋备着,就是农家里散养的笨鸡下的蛋。叫它们做笨鸡不是没有道理的,它们真的很笨,天太热了,它们就不愿意下蛋了,天太冷了,一样不下蛋。上周末回家时,果真人家那笨鸡又不下蛋了,老妈就又给兑换了一些笨鸭蛋,当然,天再冷冷,笨鸭子也不下蛋了。那我就什么也吃不着了。笨鸭蛋个头很大,比市售的鸡蛋大近一倍,比市售鸭蛋也大很多。蛋黄非常黄,吃起来很香,没有一丝腥气。水煮蛋,炒蛋,煎蛋,都很棒。

  • 6.把蛋黄部分抠出入容器中。
  • 7.加入酸奶,生抽,醋,香油拌匀,然后盛入蛋清中即可。
